I ordered this workbook to assist in grief work from a sibling’s suicide when I was 14. I’m much older now but having this tool to tap into my mindset of 14 is more than valuable but comforting. I would recommend this book for anyone in the age-range appropriate to this book dealing with this type of loss and I would also recommend it for older folks, like me, who experienced this trauma at an early age. As for older teenagers, there are also workbooks specifically for that population that are better suited than this one.
