Amazon Reader Review

I first read this book when I was in middle school, and I’m 32 now. I lost my mother a couple of months ago and like an old friend, this book came to mind after about two decades of reading it last. I didn’t have a hard time finding it and knew even though it’s written from a 13 year old’s perspective, it would bring just a shred of comfort. 32 or 13, losing your mother is the same, the same anger, sadness, andptiness. It reduces you to childhood and all of the helplessness that with it.
